Mike Molino - President - RVDA - Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association, USA

Mike Molino has been Presidentof the RVDA, the National RV Dealers Association since February 1, 1996.  Mike joined the RVDA staff as Director of Education in September 1988.  Prior to that Mike had a 27-year career, as a U.S. Army Officer, in responsible leadership positions in Europe, Viet Nam, at the Pentagon, and throughout the United States.

As the full-time C E O of RVDA, Mike works with a staff of 15 to provide the programs, products, and services that help RV dealers become more professional.

RVDA’s primary mission is to help dealers achieve total customer loyalty through education, industry leadership, member services, pro-actively influencing legislation, and market expansion.  Mike helped the RVDA Education Foundation officially launch the RV Learning Center in June 2004.  The RV Learning Center provides programs and resources aimed at educating dealers and their employers.In an effort to find out what RV dealers and their employees want and need, Mike is a frequent visitor to dealerships and dealer groups throughout the country.  He has been invited to speak at several dealer meetings sponsored by RV manufacturers, and he is a frequent participant in state RV association meetings. Mike is also the Vice President of the industry’s Go RVing program.

The American Society of Association Executives designated Mike as a Certified Association Executive (CAE) in 1992.  Certification is achieved by passing a comprehensive examination and meeting strict education and work experience criteria.  He has a Masters Degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City and a Bachelors Degree from St. Peter's College.  He graduated from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and the Army War College.
